This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and parental leave Required Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school Active bar membership in good standing in IL 5+ years of real estate legal experience Strong background in commercial lease drafting and negotiation Experience with real estate transactions (acquisitions/dispositions) preferred Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial leases and related agreements Partner closely with leasing, asset management, and property management teams Provide legal support for portfolio operations and day-to-day real estate matters Assist with acquisitions and dispositions, including due diligence and contract review Review and negotiate vendor and service contracts Advise on claims, disputes, and risk management issues Support cross-functional initiatives and provide practical, business-oriented legal guidance Why choose Addison Group?
