Director of Preconstruction
to lead our preconstruction efforts and drive success across our
integrated design-build projects . This role is instrumental in aligning design, budget, and construction strategy from concept through execution. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and excels at guiding both technical teams and clients through the early phases of complex projects. What You’ll Do
Lead and mentor the preconstruction and estimating team Oversee conceptual estimating, budgeting, and GMP development Lead and coordinate integrated design-build efforts, working closely with architects, engineers, and internal teams to align design, cost, and constructability Provide leadership to the design team throughout preconstruction, ensuring efficient collaboration and decision-making Partner with clients during early project phases to establish scope, budget, and expectations Drive value engineering and cost optimization strategies without compromising quality Build and maintain strong subcontractor and vendor relationships Ensure a seamless transition from preconstruction to operations What You Bring
10+ years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, or design-build environments Proven leadership experience managing teams and complex projects Strong understanding of integrated project delivery and design-build processes Expertise in conceptual estimating, value engineering, and cost planning Experience collaborating with and leading architects and engineers Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills Why Join Us
