Are you an experienced business partner looking for a new, strategic challenge? Camino Search is delighted to be partnering with a rapidly growing, Private Equity-backed Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business that has recurring revenues exceeding £100m.
The Group Head of FP&A and the European Managing Director are seeking a Finance Business Partner who will act as the "conduit" for the organisation's continued European expansion.
Mandate:
Strategic Partnership: Partner closely with the Netherlands MD and C-suite to translate financial data into actionable insights that drive regional strategy.
Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and coach a high-performing FP&A team, overseeing the full month-end P&L, forecasting, and reporting lifecycle.
Growth & Performance: Drive ARR growth and "Rule of 40" performance through deep-dive analysis of revenue streams, cost optimisation, and investment cases.
Systems Transformation: Spearhead finance process improvements and automation, serving as the local expert for the roll-out of Planful and ERP integrations.
Commercial Expansion: Support high-level business scaling through M&A due diligence, billing framework development, and cross-functional project management.
Requirements:
Core Finance Expertise: Proven experience in financial planning, forecasting, and full-cycle financial statement preparation.
SaaS & PE Background: Experience in the software/tech sector with a strong grasp of ARR/recurring revenue models or Private Equity environments.
Systems Mastery: Advanced Excel modelling skills and proficiency with ERP and financial planning systems (SQL or basic coding is a major plus).
Strategic Communicator: Ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
Agile Mindset: A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, international environments; fluency in Dutch is a significant advantage.
