Job Summary The Junior Marketing Project Manager supports the successful delivery of a wide range of marketing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. This role is responsible for coordinating project activities, managing workflows within the project management system, and clearly communicating timelines, requirements, and deliverables across cross‑functional teams. Working closely with stakeholders across marketing, sales, product, and engineering, this position ensures that all necessary information and assets are collected and delivered to creative teams to support execution. The role also serves as a key point of contact for marketing, requiring strong communication skills and a collaborative, service‑oriented mindset. We value curiosity and a good sense of humor.

Primary Responsibilities

Coordinate marketing projects from intake through completion, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables

Manage project workflows within the project management system, keeping tasks on track and stakeholders accountable

Partner with brand and creative teams to develop marketing assets across digital and print channels

Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and marketing, facilitating clear and timely communication

Gather and organize content, assets, and requirements needed for project execution

Support continuous improvement of project workflows and processes

Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables, including visual identity and messaging

Provide a high level of service and responsiveness to internal stakeholders

Perform additional administrative or project‑related tasks as needed

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, creative project management, or a related field

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving skills

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams

Experience working with creative teams is preferred

Familiarity with project management tools is a plus (ClickUp and Ziflow)
