We’re looking for a
Solutions Architect / Technical Sales Engineer
to bridge sales and delivery. This role is critical to helping us win the right deals, design the right solutions, and set clients up for long-term success. This is not a generic pre-sales role. We want someone who understands MSP/MSSP environments deeply and can operate as a trusted technical advisor in client conversations. What You’ll Do
Partner with sales (CRO, BDRs, account execs) to scope and design solutions for new clients Lead technical discovery conversations with prospects and translate business needs into clear technical architectures Design solutions across: Managed IT (endpoints, networks, cloud) Build proposals, SOWs, and pricing aligned with our standards and margin targets Ensure clean handoff to services with well-documented scope and expectations Support upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing clients alongside vCIOs/TAMs Help standardize our reference architectures and solution catalog over time What We’re Looking For
10+ years experience
in MSP, MSSP, or a similar services environment Strong background in both
infrastructure and cybersecurity Experience supporting or leading
technical pre-sales / solution design Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value Comfortable in client-facing conversations with executives and technical stakeholders Experience with tools and ecosystems like Microsoft 365 / Azure, endpoint management, networking, security stacks, etc. What Good Looks Like in This Role
