Hourly Rate:
$32 per hour
Job Purpose or Summary Oversee and implement all aspects of marketing for the company.
Responsibilities and Duties
Manage creation and implementation of all marketing materials in line with business goals (i.e., newsletters, email blasts, flyers, etc.)
Manage, consult and plan any and all marketing strategies with BBPT and any outside consultants/independent contractors
Manage execution of community service projects and special events and empower team members to participate
Manage and coordinate marketing strategy to doctors and health care providers
Manage, implement, and strategize the design and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content on social media and blog
Manage updates and optimization of website to set specific marketing objectives and monitor ROI and collaborate with owner
Manage and optimize marketing finances and assist with analysis of what makes financial sense for the business as a whole
Manage any and all channels of marketing (social media, SEO, content marketing, email blasts, reviews, blog, etc.)
Help with any and all organization with anything marketing related
Various additional marketing and company related responsibilities as need arises
Minimum Qualifications
Knowledge and experience in healthcare marketing
Excellent writing and communication skills
Strong visual and design sensibility
Highly organized with exceptional time management and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Confident, cheerful, and creative
Ability to take initiative, follow through, and work both independently and collaboratively
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
