About The Role
Main Responsibilities:
Taking ownership of a complaint and carrying out a full assessment of a customer’s journey to be able to effectively resolve any dispute. You will need to be proactive in exploring and providing solutions to customers Provide assistance to teams across the business. Identify improvements from across the business, whether this be from a showroom appointment to a delivery or installation. Identify and report on any processes that could result in a poor customer experience. Feedback to key business stakeholders on complaint progression and resolution timescales
About You
Desired skills and knowledge:
Complaint handling experience Knowledge of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Strong communication skills - both written and verbal Good IT skills Customer Service experience Ability to work independently and within a team environment Helpfulness and a customer-first attitude The passion to take ownership and stick with an issue until it is resolved Excellent oral and written communication skills
