
Business Development Representative (Executive Outreach)

The KA Consulting Group is seeking a part-time, U.S.-based Business Development Manager (Consultant) to support outbound relationship-building across LinkedIn and phone.
This is a hands-on outbound business development role focused on personally executing daily outreach, initiating conversations, and securing qualified introductory meetings with CEOs, founders, and operators.
The role combines LinkedIn outreach with high-volume, phone-based prospecting and requires consistent daily execution. It is a credibility-first, positioning-driven role designed to open doors and initiate high-quality executive conversations.
Key Responsibilities
Send personalized LinkedIn messages on behalf of The KA Consulting Group using firm-approved messaging
Conduct outbound phone calls to prospective clients to introduce the firm and initiate conversations
Maintain consistent daily outreach across LinkedIn and phone channels
Research and identify new client targets, building and refining prospect lists based on defined criteria
Generate new business opportunities, including re-engaging lapsed or former clients
Ask qualifying questions to understand client needs, priorities, and timelines
Distribute select outreach materials, including insights presentations and CEO Parlour invitations
Secure introductory meetings for KA leadership or designated team members
Maintain professionalism, discretion, and consistency in all outbound communication
Track outreach activity, pipeline, and meetings secured in the CRM
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for all outreach and lead activity
Collaborate with KA leadership to refine messaging and targeting
Requirements
Must be based in the United States
3+ years of experience in outbound business development, lead generation, or sales prospecting
Proven track record of securing meetings with decision-makers
Experience owning top-of-funnel pipeline development
Experience using LinkedIn as a primary outbound prospecting channel
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound phone calls daily
Confident speaking with senior executives and navigating live conversations
Strong written communication and judgment
Must present as credible and polished on LinkedIn, including professional photo and clear experience
Willing to update LinkedIn profile with an approved The KA Consulting Group title
Willing to post light, professional content or affiliation updates related to The KA Consulting Group
Compensation Structure
Base hourly plus commission on each secured qualified call
