RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the daily operations of the Parts department, including Warehouse Staff, Parts Drivers and Parts Pullers
Schedule and assign work to service personnel to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks and customer service issues.
Monitor Parts department performance, including revenue, labor hours, customer satisfaction, and repair quality.
Manage escalated customer complaints, resolving issues professionally to maintain internal and external customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with service, sales, and finance departments to coordinate repairs, orders, and warranty claims.
Manage Parts department budgets.
Recruit, train, and mentor parts staff, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as all safety policies and procedures.
Requirements

Energetic, motivated, and punctual.
Clean driving record and valid Texas DL.
