Role Description We are seeking a

Marketing Specialist for Bar and Restaurants

for a full‑time, on‑site role. This position will coordinate and execute marketing strategies defined at the yearly plan, ensuring proper planning, execution, and performance tracking across all brand initiatives. The role will oversee the implementation of commercial campaigns, CRM strategies, digital platforms, and marketing activations across all venues, managing cross‑functional projects, ensuring brand consistency, and aligning all marketing efforts with business objectives.

Responsibilities

Manage project workflows through tools like Asana and coordinate internal and external teams.

Supervise the execution of PR, email, and SMS campaigns.

Ensure the proper functionality and updates of digital platforms such as reservation systems, ticketing, apps, and websites.

Produce marketing materials (menus, flyers, posters, and POP assets), manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely delivery and installation of branding elements across venues.

Contribute to content creation by visiting venues regularly to capture photo and video content, and support production shoots when needed.

Deliver monthly performance reports, analyze KPIs related to reservations and sales, and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

Qualifications

Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.

Experience managing marketing projects, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle, or restaurant/bar environments.

Proficiency in digital platforms, CRM systems, and marketing tools.

Experience coordinating PR, email marketing, and customer engagement campaigns.

Basic design skills for adapting marketing materials (menus, flyers, banners, etc.).

Strong organizational and communication skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external vendors.

Ability to analyze campaign performance and report on KPIs and growth metrics.

Proactive, detail‑oriented, and highly adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.

Experience with tools like Asana or similar project management platforms is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related roles.
