We are seeking a detail‑driven
Technical Procedure Writer
with strong analytical skills and experience creating clear, accurate operational documentation. This role supports process updates, system changes, and documentation governance across banking and credit union operations.
Responsibilities
Write, update, and maintain technical procedures and process documentation
Work with subject matter experts to translate complex workflows into clear instructions
Manage documentation in SharePoint and Microsoft Lists
Support analytics and reporting using advanced Microsoft Office and Power BI skills
Document processes for core banking systems and operational tools
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
2+ years of technical or procedure writing experience
Superior attention to detail with strong reporting and analytical capabilities
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, and Power BI
Banking or credit union experience
Experience with LoansPQ, Teller Navigator, DataSafe, and Fiserv systems
Desired Skills and Experience
Reporting/analytics experience
Advanced skill in MS Office suite, SharePoint, MS List applications, PowerBI
LoansPQ, Teller Navigator, DataSafe, and Fiserv
2+ years Procedure/Technical writing
