Investor Relations & FP&A Analyst | BKV Corporation (NYSE: BKV) | Denver, CO
Are you a sharp financial analyst who wants more than a seat in a giant finance department?
BKV Corporation is a NYSE-listed natural gas company with a differentiated, closed-loop energy platform spanning upstream production, midstream, power generation, and carbon capture (CCUS). We went public in 2024 and we're building — which means this role has real ownership, real exposure, and a real seat at the table.
What you'll do:
Support financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning across FP&A
Prepare earnings materials, variance analysis, and guidance scenarios for the street
Build and maintain peer benchmarking, valuation models, and IR analytics
Collaborate directly with the CFO organization and VP of Investor Relations
Contribute to the KPIs, dashboards, and financial models investors actually see
What you bring:
2– 4 years in FP&A, investment banking, equity research, or corporate finance
Public company awareness — you know what earnings season feels like
Energy sector knowledge or genuine curiosity about where natural gas + CCUS is headed
CFA progress a plus; grit is non-negotiable
Why BKV:
High-visibility role reporting to the VP of IR with direct CFO exposure
Small, fast-moving team — your fingerprints will be on what we build
Energy company with an actual clean energy story investors are asking about
If you want to own your work and grow faster than a large-cap finance role allows — apply.
