is seeking a
Tax Senior
to step into a key position on their tax team. This is a strong opportunity to join a stable, reputable firm where your work directly impacts client relationships and team development.
The firm recently experienced a departure and is eager to bring in the right professional who can take ownership of a diverse workload and contribute to continued success heading into tax season.
⭐ What You’ll Do
Prepare and review
individual, partnership, fiduciary, and corporate
returns (1040, 1065, 1041, 1120, 1120S)
Manage HNW client engagements and advisory needs
Assist and mentor junior staff and interns
Maintain strong client communication and build lasting trust
Support process improvements and efficiency efforts across the tax team
✅ What You Bring
3–5 years
of public accounting tax experience (required)
Proficiency with full-cycle return prep and review
CPA or EA
preferred
Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills
Interest in career progression and client-facing responsibility
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range:
$80K–$110K
DOE
Bankable overtime
— convert to extra PTO, sick time, or cash payout (1:1)
100% employer-paid
health, dental, and vision after 30 days
401(k) with 4% match
after 90 days
8 paid holidays +
3 weeks of PTO
Profit-sharing opportunities + discretionary bonuses
