We are looking for an experienced industry professional who wants to work in a nimble, high-accountability environment where responsiveness and execution matter.
The Role The Asset Manager will serve as a primary point of contact for Tarpon’s wireless tenants and landlords. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role requiring prior industry experience and the ability to manage multiple moving parts across leasing, development, and acquisitions.
You will work closely with senior leadership and play a meaningful role in growing and managing our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities Tenant & Leasing Management
Act as day-to-day contact for carrier collocations, lease amendments, and related requests
Review and coordinate lease documents in partnership with senior leadership
Maintain high responsiveness to tenants and their agents
New Tower Development
Track deliverables and timelines to keep projects on schedule
Coordinate across internal and external stakeholders
Maintain and improve internal project tracking systems
Start hands-on with data entry and evolve toward defining best practices
Manage acquisition diligence process and vendors
Review reports and track closing timelines
Maintain accuracy in development and acquisition trackers
What We Are Looking For
5+ years of experience with a wireless carrier real estate group or tower company
Real estate job experience with a strong understanding of ground leases, easements, and real estate transactions
Ability to review site surveys, NEPA reports, Phase I ESAs, and related documents
Experience with Fuze or similar project management platforms preferred
Highly organized with strong follow-through
Service-oriented communication style
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
