Epsilon C5I is seeking a
Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Analyst
to support mission‑critical intelligence operations for Department of Defense and Intelligence Community customers. This role supports the analysis, exploitation, and reporting of signals intelligence to enable operational and strategic decision‑making.
The selected candidate will serve as a
technical leader and subject matter expert , mentoring junior analysts while delivering high‑quality intelligence products supporting operational and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Provides
advanced SIGINT analysis
supporting strategic intelligence requirements.
Conduct detailed analysis of
RF signals, communications systems, and emitter characteristics.
Perform
target development and network analysis
of adversary communications and signal activity.
Produce and review
high‑confidence intelligence reports and analytic assessments.
Provide
technical guidance and mentorship
to junior analysts.
Coordinate with multi-disciplinary intelligence teams including
GEOINT, OSINT, and MASINT
analysts.
Support development of new
analytic methodologies and tradecraft.
Brief findings to senior leadership and mission stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in:
Intelligence Studies
Electrical Engineering
Computer Science
Physics
Mathematics
or related discipline
5 – 9 years’ experience
in SIGINT analysis or related intelligence field.
Applicants must have an active
DoD Top Secret Security Clearance, with SCI access.
Pursuant to the various government contractual requirements, all applicants must be U.S. Citizens.
Demonstrated expertise in
signals analysis, target development, and intelligence reporting.
Experience working in
IC or DoD SIGINT environments.
Strong briefing and intelligence product development skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with
advanced signal analysis tools and analytic platforms.
Knowledge of
digital signal processing, RF propagation, and communications protocols.
Experience supporting
IC agencies or national mission programs.
Background in
AI/ML‑assisted signal analysis or large‑scale data exploitation.
Prior leadership or team lead experience.
Required: ADA Notations
Regular communication (hearing/speaking).
Noise conditions range from very quiet to noisy.
Prolonged use of computer (typing/keyboarding).
Frequently required to sit for long periods of time, stand, walk, and may occasionally lift and move at least 25 pounds.
Ability to travel by car, air or other means of transportation, if required.
