About The Opportunity The Real Estate Manager is responsible for managing and supporting new and existing franchisees during the opening, relocation, renewal or resale process. Support is provided through lease reviews, franchisee outreach, landlord outreach and 3rd‑party broker engagement. This position will support multiple brands, based out of the company's Carrollton, TX office, and may focus predominantly on the Camp Bow Wow concept.
NOTE:
This position is in the office and is not remote. Travel may be required up to 25%.
How You Will Make a Difference
Has a passion for helping others achieve their goals and dreams.
Has experience in the franchise industry working directly with franchisees.
Never misses a detail – loves reviewing and analyzing real‑estate documents (e.g., contracts, LOIs, leases), managing multiple projects with tight deadlines and changing priorities.
Very strong math skills needed to negotiate rental rates and other economic concessions.
Skilled negotiator willing to help franchisees get the best deal possible.
Has an understanding of zoning processes.
A strong candidate will have
Bachelor’s degree in a business, financial or related field or equivalent work experience.
5‑10 years of experience negotiating real‑estate leases (franchise or corporate).
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including extensive computer, typing and video‑conferencing skills.
Ability to apply new technologies quickly and effectively in pursuit of the company's goals.
Collaborates well, working in a fast‑paced team environment.
Comprehensive and analytical reading skills to review and analyze contracts.
