GOLF COURSE SUPERINTENDENT
A well established, high volume public golf facility located in the prime area of Orlando, Florida is seeking a motivated and experienced Golf Course Superintendent to lead all aspects of their golf course maintenance and agronomic operations.
Responsibilities Oversee daily golf course maintenance and operations Manage irrigation systems, water usages and repairs Develop and implement agronomy and turf management programs Supervise, train and schedule maintenance staff Manage budgets, control costs and track expenses Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs Maintain high course conditions for daily play and events
Qualifications 3-5+ Years of experience as Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent GCSAA Certification Florida restricted use pesticide license Valid Driver License Strong experience with irrigation systems and water management Experience in budgeting and cost control Turfgrass management and pest control knowledge Leadership and team management skills
