Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences
Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase available listings
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts in compliance with legal requirements
Stay updated on local market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments
Coordinate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions
Negotiate terms and conditions to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients
Qualifications
Valid real estate license in the state of Ohio
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a real estate agent or broker
Proven track record of successful property sales and client satisfaction
Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in real estate software and MLS systems
High level of professionalism and ethical standards
Strong organizational and time management skills
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
