
Senior BI Analyst & Analytics Leader

We’re looking for a Senior Analyst-Manager to join our growing team and help shape the next generation of our analytic products. In this role, you’ll serve as a primary analytical partner across the organization, supporting business intelligence development for internal and external stakeholders, expanding analytic offerings, automating reporting workflows, and delivering high‑quality ad‑hoc analyses.
You’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership, work alongside IT teams, and provide client‑facing support to maintain and optimize a wide range of analytic tools. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Foster an accelerated, in‑depth understanding of Thought Leader and Speakers Bureau datasets, client data structures, and the ability to independently fulfill analytics requests.
Generate analytical materials and strategic recommendations for new and existing clients.
Develop automation for data processing, stratification, projections, and recurring reporting workflows.
Collaborate across all levels of management to gather requirements, analyze trends, and prepare recommendations related to financial planning, new business opportunities, and operational forecasting.
Summarize complex analytical concepts for a wide range of audiences, ensuring clarity and usability.
Identify trends and recommend improvements that support cost savings, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
Manage weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year‑end analytical and financial reports and forecasts.
Conduct quality assurance and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency across analytic deliverables.
Complete ad‑hoc analyses as needed to support business priorities.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Desired Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university.
3+ years of experience in a fast‑paced professional environment.
3+ years of experience with Tableau, including building dashboards and presenting insights to external stakeholders.
Proven ability to communicate analytical concepts clearly and confidently.
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with workflow automation, scripting (e.g., Python), or BI tool optimization is a plus.
Interest in data storytelling, scalable analytics, and continuous improvement.
