is seeking an experienced
Superintendent
to lead projects across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This company has a long-standing reputation for delivering high-quality commercial, industrial, retail, and self-storage projects, with a strong pipeline of upcoming work throughout DFW. What You’ll Do:
Oversee
day-to-day field operations
from ground-up through project completion Manage subcontractors, schedules, and on-site coordination Ensure
safety, quality, and compliance
across all phases of construction Work closely with project managers, engineers, and ownership teams Drive projects to completion
on time and within budget What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction Experience with
ground-up projects
(industrial, retail, or similar preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple trades and fast-paced job sites Solid understanding of construction scheduling and safety standards What’s Offered:
