With more than 100 AI initiatives spanning Sales, Marketing, Client Services, IT, Finance, HR, and Legal, we are hiring two high‑caliber FP&A professionals to lead financial governance and value realization across our AI portfolio.
This is a strategic finance role focused on ensuring that AI investments translate into measurable financial outcomes and sustained margin impact.
AI Portfolio Financial Governance
Develop and manage enterprise-wide ROI tracking for AI and automation initiatives
Standardize definitions across cost savings, cost avoidance, productivity gains, and revenue impact
Monitor forecast versus realized value across departments
Apply risk-adjusted methodologies to projected returns
Ensure financial benefits are not overstated or double‑counted
Business Case Development & Evaluation
Build initiative-level ROI models for AI investments
Translate operational improvements into financial impact, including productivity leverage, revenue acceleration, marketing efficiency, retention impact, and working capital optimization
Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis
Support capital allocation and build vs. buy decisions
Value Realization & Planning Integration
Establish measurable baselines before implementation
Design post‑launch KPI tracking frameworks
Identify adoption gaps and financial underperformance
Integrate realized savings into annual operating plans and long‑range planning
Executive Reporting & Strategic Support
Develop portfolio dashboards and executive‑ready summaries
Translate operational AI metrics into clear financial narratives
Support leadership in prioritizing, scaling, or optimizing initiatives
Required Qualifications
4-5 years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, or Consulting
Advanced financial modeling expertise (Excel required)
Experience building ROI models for technology, automation, or transformation initiatives
Strong understanding of productivity modeling and SaaS financial drivers
Proven ability to design measurement frameworks and track realized impact
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in SaaS or high‑growth technology environments
Exposure to AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives
Familiarity with SQL and/or BI tools
Experience with headcount planning and productivity economics
Consulting or transformation project experience
