Associate Campus Facilities Director
Rock City Church, Columbus, OH, United States
Collaborate with the Broadcast Facilities Director for the Polaris Campus to oversee building and grounds maintenance. Ensure that the facility is clean and maintained according to Rock City Church policy and procedures and meet the Rock City level of excellence.
General Duties
Oversees ground maintenance and mowing, ensures the grounds are kept neat and well-manicured
Ensures security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly
Oversees and supervises quality of work from contractors and volunteers
Conducts and documents regular site inspections with Facilities Director
Checks completed work by vendors and contractors
Communicates workplace safety to employees and volunteers
Assists with all fire, safety drills, and inspections as needed
Attends to emergencies as needed
Builds and oversees facility volunteer teams
Coordinates facility project nights
Works with the campus team for event preparations
Shares on-call duties with Facilities Director
Works with other campuses completing projects and work orders as needed
Works with other campuses for prepping events
Help develop other team members

Requirements
Skills / Experience
Commercial building and grounds maintenance
Proper cleaning and sanitizing knowledge
Effective time management
Ability to navigate multiple projects
Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
