Nassau County, Long Island Key Responsibilities
Lead all operational areas, including production, print workflows, scheduling, equipment management, packaging, and logistics. Optimize planning and material flow to support on‑time delivery and accurate resource allocation. Implement process enhancements to reduce downtime, improve throughput, and strengthen quality performance. Address production or print‑related issues by assessing root causes and executing corrective actions. Identify cost‑saving opportunities through improved materials usage and system efficiencies. Maintain compliance with regulatory, quality, and GMP standards. Advance lean practices and cultivate a culture centered on improvement and accountability. Ensure a safe workplace through structured training, inspections, incident reviews, and enforcement of safety protocols. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, or a similar discipline; advanced degree preferred. 15+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations, ideally including short‑run or custom production. Strong background in scheduling, planning systems, and evaluating new business requirements. Experience with lean methodologies or Six Sigma is highly valued.
