
Pursuit Coordinator

Job Summary
The Pursuit Coordinator provides essential coordination and production support throughout all stages of the pursuit and proposal process. This role focuses on content formatting, document organization, and visual alignment to JEO’s brand standards. Working closely with Senior Pursuit Specialists and Pursuit Specialists, Business Development Pillars, and opportunity managers, the Pursuit Coordinator ensures proposal materials are accurate, compliant, and professionally presented. The position also contributes to the maintenance of templates, resumes, project descriptions, and CRM data that support JEO’s pursuit operations and business development initiatives.
Responsibilities and Duties
Prepare and format resumes, project descriptions, and firm qualifications for proposals and other pursuit initiatives.
Support the Senior Pursuit Specialists and Pursuit Specialists with proposal design, layout, and production to ensure consistency with JEO’s branding standards.
Maintain and update proposal templates, forms, and standard content for efficiency and alignment.
Research and track RFP/Qs, and e‑bid sites; share relevant opportunities with pursuit team, opportunity managers, and business development staff.
Support and document QA/QC and compliance checks for proposals and deliverables for other pursuit initiatives.
Support the development of presentation materials and visual aids for client interviews and other pursuit initiatives.
Support the Senior Pursuit Specialists and Pursuit Specialists in the development of materials and visuals for award submittals.
Coordinate proposal assembly, printing, packaging, and delivery logistics to ensure professional presentation and on‑time submission.
Create and maintain promotional folders, collateral, and other materials as assigned to support pursuit initiatives.
Support the continuous improvement of proposal templates, pursuit tools, and knowledge‑sharing resources.
Collaborate with Senior Pursuit Coordinators and Pursuit Coordinators to implement process improvements and enhance pursuit efficiency.
Engage in learning and mentorship activities to develop understanding of JEO’s pursuit strategy and proposal processes.
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
Experience in pursuit strategy, business development, and/or marketing.
Strong organizational skills with attention to accuracy, formatting, and visual consistency.
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic CRM data entry (Deltek Vantagepoint preferred).
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a commitment to quality and detail.
