Commercial Insurance Account Manager
Established agency seeking to hire a Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join a commercial team. Ideal candidate will have a Commercial Lines background in the property & casualty industry.
Responsibilities The account manager is responsible for day-to-day account management for clients with complex coverage needs including coverage/policy questions, claims handling, and providing high customer service satisfaction. The ideal Commercial Insurance Account Manager candidate will possess a wide range of commercial lines account management skills, including but not limited to customer service, administration and remarketing accounts. Experience with middle market accounts in a face paced environment is highly valued.
Qualifications
Minimum 3+/- plus years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance
Full Knowledge of insurance products and usages
Manage workflow of assigned book of business and delegate workflow
Strong Verbal and written communication skills
Must have excellent technical/analytical skills
Detail oriented as must.
Agency Management Systems proficiency, such as EPIC
Georgia state P&C license REQUIRED
