Job Details We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative engineering team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, testing, and supervising the manufacturing of electrical equipment. This includes electric motors, radar and navigation systems, communications systems, and power generation equipment. This role will require a deep understanding of electrical engineering principles, along with a creative mindset to innovate and solve complex problems.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and test electrical equipment and systems, ensuring they meet customer specifications and safety standards.

Work closely with project managers to design and implement electrical systems for commercial and industrial projects.

Utilize Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and other design software to create detailed electrical designs and schematics.

Develop and maintain utility plans, panel schedules, and lighting design.

Handle high voltage systems, ensuring their safety and efficiency.

Collaborate with other engineers and designers to identify potential issues and devise solutions.

Prepare and present technical reports, project updates, and design proposals to stakeholders.

Stay updated on industry trends, technology, codes, and standards.

Oversee and supervise the installation and maintenance of electrical systems.

Conduct inspections to ensure adherence to safety regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree or Professional Engineer (PE) license will be an added advantage.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, specifically in commercial and industrial sectors.

Proficiency in using design software such as Bluebeam and AutoCAD.

Experience in managing high voltage systems, utility plans, panel schedules, and lighting design.

Strong understanding of electrical manufacturing processes and electrical systems safety standards.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

Willingness to stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
