Must meet Bright from the Start Director Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related field preferred At least 3 years of experience teaching in early childhood education and 1+ year in a leadership role Strong knowledge of child development, early learning best practices and team leadership Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills A genuine love for children and commitment to high-quality education Must pass required state background checks and meet state minimum education, experience and credential requirements Each Goddard School location is privately owned and operated by Goddard Franchisor LLC franchisees. The Goddard School franchise owner(s) are the employers at each school, and the franchise owner(s) set their own wage and benefit programs, which vary by location.
