We’re a fast-growing direct-to-consumer brand entering an exciting new phase of growth. We’re looking for a

Head of Growth & Ecommerce

to help scale our online business and lead the next stage of our digital growth.

This role sits at the intersection of

performance marketing, Shopify optimization, and revenue strategy.

You will own the growth engine that drives customer acquisition, conversion, and ecommerce performance.

What You’ll Own Performance Marketing

Oversee paid media strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels

Manage advertising budgets and optimize campaigns for efficiency and scale

Develop testing frameworks to continuously improve creative performance

Work closely with our marketing team to translate brand storytelling into high-performing acquisition campaigns

Shopify & Conversion Optimization

Own website performance and conversion optimization across the Shopify storefront

Improve product pages, landing pages, and site experience to drive higher conversion

Run structured A/B tests and growth experiments

Partner with our developer to implement UX and performance improvements

Growth Strategy & Analytics

Build a roadmap for scaling our direct-to-consumer channel

Analyze funnel performance and identify opportunities across the customer journey

Develop reporting frameworks that connect marketing performance to revenue outcomes

Use data to guide decision-making across acquisition, conversion, and retention

What We’re Looking For

5 years of experience in performance marketing, ecommerce growth, or digital strategy

Proven experience scaling

Shopify-based DTC brands

Deep understanding of paid media platforms including Meta, Google, and TikTok

Strong knowledge of conversion rate optimization and ecommerce UX

Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into growth strategy

Experience running structured testing and optimization programs

Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-moving environment

Bonus if you have:

Experience in apparel, fashion, or consumer brands

Familiarity with tools like GA4, Klaviyo, and ecommerce analytics platforms

Experience managing media buyers or growth teams
