Responsibilities

Create, implement, QA, and manage the delivery of email marketing campaigns that deepen player engagement and retention

Manage journeys, segments, and personalized communications across email and mobile push notifications

Collaborate independently with marketing and product teams to plan, design, and report back on CRM campaigns

Work with agency partners and in-house producers on creative, localization, and QA

Deliver regular campaign reporting to Publishing teams, translating campaign results into actionable insights and email best practices to improve future campaigns

Requirements

4+ years of experience with CRM and Email marketing platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, Braze, SendGrid, etc.)

Proven history of measurable impact you were responsible for

Strong understanding of A/B testing and experimentation

Strong collaborative skills with a history of working with cross-functional teams

Gaming experience, especially with major titles
