Account Manager Local full-service lawn care company looking for an experienced Estimator/Account Manager.

Responsibilities

Point of Contact for all customer needs (Commercial/residential)

Create and maintain long lasting customer relationships

Provide monthly site inspections on customer properties (pre-and post-services)

Client upsells and renewals, client retention

Prepare proposals for new work on property

Growth of customer base

Promote and enforce safety goals on daily basis

Qualifications

Ability to meet deadlines

Customer Service Skills

Knowledge and experience in plant material, landscape maintenance, and enhancement

Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook; Aspire knowledge a plus)

Possess Leadership Skills

Clean MVR record required

Being self-organized, efficient and detail oriented

Sales Experience - 2 Years (preferred)
