Elford Construction is seeking a Senior Superintendent in the Columbus market
to lead field operations on complex hospital and healthcare projects.
Responsibilities
Lead field operations from mobilization through project closeout
Manage work within
active hospital environments and occupied facilities
Oversee
ICRA protocols, interim life safety measures, and infection control requirements
Coordinate phasing plans, shutdowns, and critical system tie-ins
Direct trade coordination, site logistics, and field scheduling
Maintain high standards of
quality, safety, and jobsite organization
Partner with Project Managers, hospital stakeholders, and trade partners to drive execution
What We3re Looking For
Senior Superintendent experience leading
large healthcare or hospital projects
Strong background working inside
active medical environments
Ability to manage multiple trades, sequencing, and strict regulatory requirements
Proven leadership running organized, disciplined jobsites
