About This Position
The School of Business seeks a strategic, experienced administrative leader to oversee the financial, personnel, operational, and technological functions of a complex academic enterprise with a budget exceeding $65 million and a workforce of approximately 850 employees. This role serves as the chief advisor to the Dean and executive leadership on university, state, and federal policies, ensuring compliance, operational integrity, and long‑term fiscal sustainability.
Direct budgeting, accounting, purchasing, and financial reporting activities for the Spears School of Business.
Lead comprehensive HR operations across employment, compensation, payroll, and employee relations.
Develop and implement school‑wide policies and procedures across finance, personnel, IT, and facilities.
Provide direct supervision to senior managers in Fiscal Operations, Personnel Services, Facilities, and IT, ensuring coordinated, high‑quality support for academic and administrative units.
Manage AACSB reporting, oversee space planning and facilities operations, approve major financial and personnel actions.
Represent the school on internal and external committees.
As a member of the Executive Committee and Leadership Team, participate in strategic planning, resource allocation, and advancing the school’s mission.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's in Business Administration or related discipline (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
10 years related experience including three years of supervisory responsibilities
Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge: Effective oral and written communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office tools. Ability to handle confidential information. Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's in Accounting or Finance
10 years senior-level management experience. Prior experience with Excel and Banner preferred.
Certifications, Registrations, and/or Licenses: CPA
