About the Role
This role of RN Director of Operations will oversee West Palm Beach and Port St. Lucie offices. The Branch Director is accountable for managing the day-to-day branch operations to ensure the following:
Responsibilities
Quality of patient care
Regulatory compliance
Support of business development & patient base growth
Achievement of key performance indicators
Supervises the branch & clinical staff
Responsible for long-range planning and fiscal viability
Recruits, interviews, and hires staff
Ensuring compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation
Qualifications
Active RN or BSN license in Florida
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Active CPR certification
Required Skills
At least 3–5 years of leadership experience managing clinical teams in Medicare certified home healthcare
Strong knowledge of Medicare regulations, OASIS documentation, Conditions of Participation, and home health compliance standards
Experience leading QAPI initiatives, survey readiness, and regulatory compliance efforts
