CAPTRUST is seeking a
Digital Product Senior Associate (Website & SEO)
to join its in-house digital marketing team to support the firm’s brand-building marketing campaigns and data-driven digital marketing efforts.
This Digital Product Senior Associate will assist in maintaining and optimizing CAPTRUST’s web presence, including our primary corporate websites, location-specific pages, and editorial content. This role focuses on website infrastructure and compliance, SEO, user experience, and performance monitoring.
Responsibilities
Support the Website & SEO Specialist in managing website updates and enhancements
Assist with SEO audits and implement optimization strategies across a variety of content segments and mediums
Monitor site performance, analytics, security, legal, and compliance requirements
Help maintain consistency across location-specific pages and external location profiles
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content accuracy and brand alignment
Stay informed on web best practices and emerging technologies
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
Collaborate with external agencies and other digital vendor partners
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, advertising, business, or related field
2-4 years of experience in website/SEO marketing or digital marketing
Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)
Basic understanding of SEO principles and Google Analytics
A background in investments, wealth management, or finance is a plus
Desired Qualifications/Skills
Proficiency in digital marketing and CRM platforms
Familiarity with project management tools (Asana or similar)
Familiarity with website ADA compliance regulations
Maintains an extreme attention to detail, is organized, and accountable
Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism
Superior written and interpersonal communication skills
Works well in deadline-driven environment and stressful situations; Ability to consistently meet deadlines on a variety of projects
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools and other reporting platforms or the ability to learn and adapt to new marketing technologies
A self-starter and with the ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
An individual contributor passionate about understanding the client experience through digital marketing and website design
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Experience with HTML/CSS is a plus
