Investor Relations Senior Associate

Our team is currently partnered with a middle-market private equity firm in Connecticut that is looking to build out their Investor Relations team. The firm has been in business for over 10 years and has over $5B in AUM. The perfect candidate will have at least four years of relevant experience in investor relations, banking, or a project management seat at a placement agent. This candidate should also be located in Connecticut, or open to relocating, as the position will be in office everyday. Responsibilities: Assisting with project management responsibilities Completing RFIs, RFPs, and DDQs Updating presentations and marketing materials Maintaining quarterly reports Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in IR, banking, working at a placement agent Ability to commute to Westport 5 days a week Strong work ethic, willingness to grind Compensation: Will be determined based on past experience and qualifications
