is looking for a
hands-on Product Marketer
to bridge the gap between product, marketing, and sales. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in
fast-paced, zero-to-one environments
and wants to help shape how innovative healthcare solutions are brought to market.
What You’ll Do
Act as the
key connector between Product, Marketing, and Sales , translating product enhancements into compelling go-to-market strategies
Develop clear, differentiated
messaging and positioning
for complex, AI-driven healthcare solutions
Enable sales teams with tools, narratives, and insights to effectively communicate product value
Drive
external product marketing efforts , including launches, campaigns, and content
Conduct
competitive analysis
and market research to inform positioning and product direction
Gather customer insights and feedback to help shape the
product roadmap
Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment across all stages of the product lifecycle
What You Bring
5+ years of hands-on experience in product marketing in a
healthcare, or enterprise B2B environments
Experience operating as an
individual contributor (“player, not coach”) —you enjoy executing, not just strategizing
Strong ability to
translate technical or AI-driven products into clear, compelling value propositions
Proven ability to
craft powerful narratives
and position new or complex solutions in conservative markets (e.g., hospitals)
Thrives in
ambiguous, fast-moving environments —comfortable building from scratch vs. optimizing existing playbooks
Ownership mindset with the ability to
drive projects forward independently
Creative, non-linear thinker who can challenge traditional approaches to healthcare messaging and purchasing
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage directly with customers and extract meaningful insights
High-potential, early-to-mid career professional with a strong upward trajectory
