We are seeking a
User Experience (UX) Designer
with 3–5 years of experience designing intuitive and engaging digital experiences. The ideal candidate will excel at
wireframing, creating user stories, and using tools such as Figma and Sketch
to translate requirements into user-friendly designs. This role is essential in ensuring our applications and platforms meet user needs while aligning with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities Develop
wireframes, user flows, and prototypes
to guide design and development.
Create and refine
user stories
based on research and business requirements.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility.
Use
Figma, Sketch, and other design tools
to produce high-quality mockups.
Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
Advocate for
user-centered design principles
throughout the development lifecycle.
Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.
Mandatory Skills Proficiency in
wireframing
and developing
user stories .
Hands-on experience with
Figma
and
Sketch .
Strong understanding of
UX design principles
and best practices.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience translating business requirements into intuitive digital interfaces.
Desirable Skills Familiarity with other design tools (Adobe XD, InVision, Miro).
Experience conducting
user research, persona development, and usability testing .
Knowledge of
UI design fundamentals
and responsive design.
Exposure to Agile methodologies and design sprints.
Ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders.
