The Senior Property Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of medical office properties, ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role is responsible for financial performance, vendor and staff management, and maintaining compliance within a healthcare-focused environment. The position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex facilities and stakeholder relationships. This is an onsite position and
commercial real estate property management background is required. Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of assigned medical office buildings Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders Oversee on-site staff and third-party service providers Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting Monitor accounts payable/receivable and overall property financial performance Coordinate capital projects, maintenance, and tenant improvements Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and lease requirements Conduct routine property inspections and address operational issues Support leasing efforts and contribute to strategic planning initiatives Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field preferred 5+ years of commercial property management experience Experience managing complex or healthcare-related properties is a plus Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and reporting Knowledge of lease administration and property operations Familiarity with property management systems (e.g., Yardi, MRI) Proven leadership and team management skills Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
