Reliability Engineer (RCM / Predictive Maintenance / Asset Performance)

We're actively building a pipeline of

high-impact Reliability Engineers

to support leading manufacturing organizations focused on

asset performance, operational excellence, and plant modernization . This role is critical to reducing downtime, extending asset life, and implementing

data-driven maintenance strategies

that directly impact production and profitability. If you have experience with

RCM, FMEA, predictive maintenance, and reliability strategy , this is a strong opportunity to step into

high-visibility, high-impact roles . What You\'ll Do:

Develop and implement

Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) programs Lead

FMEA / criticality analysis

to identify and mitigate risk Drive

predictive and preventive maintenance strategies Analyze and improve key metrics:

MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) Equipment uptime and reliability trends

Perform

root cause analysis (RCA)

on chronic equipment failures Partner with maintenance and operations to

eliminate recurring issues Support

CMMS optimization and maintenance planning Identify opportunities to improve

asset lifecycle performance and cost efficiency What You Bring:

4+ years of experience in:

Reliability Engineering Maintenance Engineering Industrial / Manufacturing environments

Strong experience with:

RCM, FMEA, RCA methodologies Predictive maintenance tools and strategies

Familiarity with

CMMS systems

(SAP, Maximo, etc.) Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into action Strong collaboration with

maintenance, engineering, and operations teams Highly Desired:

Experience in:

Heavy manufacturing (metals, chemicals, building materials, etc.) Food & beverage or high-speed production environments

Exposure to:

Vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis Reliability analytics and condition-based monitoring

Lean / Six Sigma experience Compensation:

$95,000 – $135,000 base salary Higher for senior-level or plant-wide reliability ownership Many roles include:
