Information Systems Management Director
MVA Health Centers is looking for an Information Systems Management Director to oversee all technology infrastructure, including EHR systems, cybersecurity, and data analytics, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, HRSA or other applicable federal/state regulations.
Responsibilities The ISM Director partners with clinical leaders to align technology with patient care, reporting directly to the CEO or designated senior leadership.
The ISM Director ensures the quality of infrastructure services delivered system-wide is maintained at acceptable levels, including managing incident response and escalations, as well as planning for future growth and disaster recovery.
Directs or manages planning, implementing and evaluating cost effective, computer-based systems and services that support MVA's mission, vision, and strategic plan.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems Management, Information Technology, or a related field; master's preferred.
Experience: 5+ years in healthcare IT, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (FQHC experience highly preferred).
Technical Knowledge: Expertise in EHR software, network infrastructure, cybersecurity protocols, and cloud technologies. Knowledge of hardware and software requirements and the ability to resolve problems effectively.
