What You’ll Do
Manage and optimize equity options market making strategies with direct ownership of risk and P&L
Analyze volatility surfaces, Greeks, and microstructure dynamics to improve pricing and execution
Work closely with quantitative researchers and developers to enhance models, signals, and trading infrastructure
Contribute to desk level strategy decisions and product expansion initiatives as responsibility scales
Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in equity options trading or systematic options market making
Demonstrated track record of strong performance and early ownership of risk or P&L
Deep understanding of options theory, volatility, and derivatives risk management
Strong quantitative intuition and ability to make disciplined decisions in fast moving markets
