Your Impact The Senior Manager, Branch Operations is a key leadership role responsible for driving continuous improvement across the operational network. This position oversees the development, refinement, and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), KPI frameworks, and strategic initiatives to optimize operational performance. The role ensures seamless collaboration across branches, vendors, and Lowe's supply chain while aligning with broader organizational goals. A key focus will be on network optimization, centralized reporting, labor management, and the deployment of sustainability initiatives, enhancing the operational efficiency and scalability of Lowe's Pro Supply (LPS).

What You Will Do

Develop, define, and standardize SOPs across all branch operations to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Conduct time studies to identify inefficiencies and recommend process enhancements.

Lead the design and execution of process improvement strategies with measurable ROI.

Create, refine, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational success.

Analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for operational improvements.

Enhance communication synergies within operations and the Pro Communications team to ensure alignment and transparency.

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to understand business needs and integrate them into process improvements and initiatives.

Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for network optimization, focusing on flow planning between vendors, branches, and supply chain.

Identify and implement opportunities for route optimization and cost savings across the network.

Oversee the design and delivery of training programs to ensure operational excellence and team development.

Provide coaching and feedback to direct reports, fostering professional growth and high performance.

Lead sustainability initiatives to align branch operations with environmental and organizational objectives.

Drive perpetual productivity improvements by leveraging advanced analytics and technology.

Oversee centralized reporting to ensure data integrity and accessibility for decision-making.

Lead forecasting efforts and labor management planning to align resources with operational demands.

Implement technology solutions to streamline operations, enhance reporting capabilities, and improve efficiency.

Track enhancements in reporting, processes, and tools to drive ongoing improvements.

Monitor branch performance to ensure compliance with operational standards and identify areas for process automation or enhancement.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Operations, or related field required, or equivalent experience.

8 Years Experience in operations, supply chain, or a related industry (MRO, Retail, etc.).

8 Years Proven track record of leading large-scale continuous improvement initiatives and network optimization projects.

8 Years Extensive experience with data analytics, performance reporting, and operational forecasting.

Preferred Skills/Education

MBA or advanced degree or equivalent experience.

3 Years Experience in training and development programs.

1 Year Familiarity with sustainability practices and implementation in operational settings.
