Director, RN

As a Director, RN, you will oversee the nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality medical care while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the nursing staff across multiple departments.

Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Manage budgeting and resource allocation for the nursing department.

Promote ongoing education and professional development of nursing staff.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

Evaluate patient care procedures and make improvements as necessary.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in healthcare management software and tools

In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards

Ability to handle high-stress situations and make critical decisions

Experience in budget management and resource allocation

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

Certification in Healthcare Management (e.g., CENP or NE-BC)
