What You’ll Do:
Oversee all front and back-of-house food and beverage operations
Collaborate with the Dietitian to ensure dietary standards and compliance
Manage inventory, purchasing, and cost control
Lead, train, and support a high-performing culinary team
Plan special events and ensure exceptional dining experiences
Maintain sanitation, safety, and regulatory compliance
What We’re Looking For:
Degree or certificate in food service or hospitality
2+ years of supervisory/management experience in food service
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
A warm, resident-focused approach
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
