Assistant Superintendent – Tegrity Contractors (Commercial Construction General Contractor Experience REQUIRED)

Position Overview The Assistant Superintendent plays a key role in supporting the Superintendent with daily field operations, helping ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with plans and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing day-to-day job site activities and field operations
Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and material deliveries
Monitor project schedules and help ensure timely completion of work
Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized job site
Review drawings and specifications to ensure work is installed correctly
Conduct site walks, track progress, and report updates to the Superintendent
Help identify and resolve field issues proactively
Maintain daily reports, logs, and project documentation
Support inspections and ensure compliance with all project requirements
Qualifications
Commercial construction general contractor experience required
Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and safety practices
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project documents
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Team-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
