Multifamily Superintendent

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage major Multi-family development construction projects ($20m+ in value )from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of Multi-family construction processes, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders. This role is critical in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
Utilize project scheduling tools such as Primavera and Prolog to manage timelines and resources efficiently.
Review bids from subcontractors and deliver advice on selections to senior management.
Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth operations on the construction site.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among all team members.
Provide regular updates to project stakeholders regarding progress, challenges, and milestones.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
Experience in both Multifamily & other residential Construction projects.
Detail-oriented and proven collaboration skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to lead a team effectively.
A solid understanding of safety protocols on construction sites.
