Frequently Asked Questions Is there opportunity for growth? Yes, several of our DORs have been promoted to Regional Director. If you're interested in pursuing a management role, let your Regional know - we'd love to support you in developing your management skills!
Are there opportunities for a salary increase? We conduct performance reviews for all staff, and these reviews always include the potential for a raise.
Why is this position open? What makes our field unique is the wide range of practice specialties available. When therapists or DORs move on, it's usually to retire or pursue a different clinical setting rather than to join a competitor. In fact, many maintain PRN relationships with us, and we rarely see therapists transition to competing SNFs.
How does corporate support the Director of Rehab? Our Regional Directors provide direct support to each DOR, and will frequently visit buildings to ensure their attention and assistance are truly felt. All Regionals have developed strong relationships with the Administrator, DON, and other department heads, to allow the DOR to operate with greater autonomy and effectively lead their team.
Salary: $105000 - $110000 per year
