Full-time
Director of Behavioral Health leader needed. Full-time position with twenty-four hour administrative responsibility for the Behavioral Health Department.
Responsibilities
Plans, organizes and directs care provided by the department’s staff.
Formulates, monitors and reports the department’s budgetary needs and outcomes.
Allocates resources and delegates responsibilities to assure quality patient care, while maintaining legal, ethical and community standards for mental health care services.
Responsible for recruitment, education and development of staff.
Qualifications
Current Florida RN license.
Masters in related field preferred.
Current BLS Certification.
Thorough knowledge of Mental Health Law as outlined through AHCA Guidelines.
Demonstrated leadership skills along with goal-oriented processing skills.
Managerial experience in Behavioral Health.
5+ to 7 years of experience, management experience required.
RN, Bachelor's Degree, Masters, Florida RN license.
