Manages the Career Trade Program for the Center, analyzes training procedures. Counsels groups and individuals relative to vocational objectives. Develops Corrective Action Plans. Ensures integration of vocational training with academics and conducts regular shop visitations/observations. Writes and develops SOPs and Center Training Plan. Attends scheduled meetings with the Center Industry Councils. Actively participates as a member of Youth Council and maintains required Statistical Performance. Reviews Center reports, reconciles as appropriate, and develops. Meets bi‑monthly with vocational staff and ensures minutes from each meeting are accurate. Meets jointly with academic and vocational staff to plan Applied Academics and reviews attendance sheets for accuracy of documentation. Notes any trends or patterns and establishes appropriate plan(s) of action/discipline. Ensures all custodians/locations complete 3 quarterly inventories per ETA 359 Property Handbook. Inventories completed as circumstances dictate, e.g., when custodian changes, etc. Ensures any theft or other losses are reported within 3 business days. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree from a four‑year college or university required. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Teaching License preferred in the State in which the Center is located. Valid State driver's license. EEO Statement
