Private Equity Associate

I’m working with a top firm that is ranked #2 globally for cross‑border M&A, #5 globally for overall M&A by volume, and Band 1 ranked in Chambers 2025 for Global Private Equity. They’re looking to add strong mid‑level Private Equity associates (4–6 years) as they continue to expand their New York PE offering. The role is focused on sponsor‑side M&A for leading global funds, with exposure to complex, high‑value and cross‑border transactions, close partner access, and a real opportunity to grow within a premier platform. Ideal candidates will have BigLaw PE/M&A experience, top academic credentials and be interested in a practice that combines top‑tier deal flow with long‑term investment in associate development.
